These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QueensGame.io and its puzzles, account features, feedback tools, and leaderboards (collectively, the "Service"). QueensGame.io is referred to in these Terms as "Queens Game," "we," "us," or "our."
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.
Queens Game provides browser-based logic puzzles, standard and community puzzle collections, daily challenges, optional accounts, and public leaderboard features. The Service is intended for entertainment and general educational use.
Puzzle availability, labels, rules, difficulty descriptions, solution counts, and other features may change as the Service is corrected or improved. Standard puzzles are designed around a single intended solution. Community puzzles may have one or multiple valid solutions.
You may use the Service only if you can legally agree to these Terms under the laws that apply to you. If you require permission from a parent or guardian, you may use account or public-submission features only with that permission.
You can play many puzzles without an account. Certain features, including submitting leaderboard results and viewing account-specific history, require you to sign in using Google, GitHub, or an email authentication link.
To request account closure, contact support@queensgame.io. Some security, leaderboard, or legal records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
Leaderboards are public. When you submit a result, your profile name or a masked version of your email address, profile image, rank, completion time, move count, submission date, and country code may be displayed.

We may investigate, hide, correct, or remove results that appear fraudulent, duplicated, technically invalid, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms. We may also reset rankings when needed to correct an error or protect leaderboard integrity. Rankings do not entitle users to prizes, compensation, or other rewards unless separate official rules expressly say otherwise.
Community-labeled puzzles may include boards created by or attributed to third-party creators and preserved in a curated puzzle catalog. Creator names and external profile links are provided for attribution and reference. They do not imply that a creator currently operates, sponsors, or endorses QueensGame.io.
Community puzzles may differ in construction, difficulty, and number of valid solutions. We do not guarantee that every community puzzle has a unique solution or that every creator label, external link, or descriptive field will remain complete or error-free.
If you believe a puzzle, attribution, creator link, or other community record is inaccurate or infringes your rights, email support@queensgame.io with the relevant URL and enough information for us to review the issue.

The Service's original software, interface, branding, text, graphics, puzzle systems, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Queens Game and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Queens Game materials, community-creator materials, open-source components, or third-party content. Third-party and community materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and any applicable licenses.
If you send suggestions, bug reports, puzzle corrections, or other feedback, you give us permission to use, reproduce, adapt, and act on that feedback to operate and improve the Service without payment or an obligation to implement it. This permission does not override the treatment of personal information described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the right to send the material you submit and that it does not contain unlawful content or infringe another person's rights.
QueensGame.io is an independent puzzle website. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by LinkedIn or The New York Times. References to third-party games, companies, products, or services are descriptive only.
LinkedIn, The New York Times, and all other third-party names, product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants Queens Game or its users ownership of those marks.
The Service uses or links to third-party services, including authentication providers, analytics services, feedback tools, hosting infrastructure, advertising providers, and creator profile pages. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy practices.
Advertising displayed on QueensGame.io is provided by third parties. An advertisement or external link does not mean that we endorse or guarantee the advertiser, linked site, product, service, content, security, or availability. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control.
Our collection and use of personal information are described in the QueensGame.io Privacy Policy. By using account, feedback, or leaderboard features, you acknowledge that the information needed to provide those features will be processed as described there.
We may add, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service, including puzzles, routes, accounts, leaderboards, historical results, advertisements, or third-party integrations. We may correct content, puzzle data, rankings, and technical errors without prior notice.
Locally stored progress may be lost when you clear browser data, change devices, use private browsing, or when browser storage becomes unavailable. We do not guarantee that local progress, account data, or leaderboard history will always be available or recoverable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that every puzzle, solution, difficulty label, creator attribution, leaderboard result, or external link will be accurate or available.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Queens Game and its operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, rankings, goodwill, revenue, or profits arising from or related to the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights and remedies that applicable consumer law requires.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to account, submission, or other features when reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, technical threat, or harm to other users or the Service.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and enforcement provisions, will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms as the Service or applicable requirements change. We will post revised Terms on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service when appropriate. Your continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
