Game Modes

Every player for themselves. No teammates to carry you. No excuses when you finish last. The player with the highest kill count wins - simple, brutal, honest.

💡 Tips

  • Keep moving constantly - standing still is a death sentence.
  • Control high ground positions for better sightlines.
  • Listen for footsteps to anticipate enemy positions.

Just you and one opponent. No chaos to hide in. No lucky kills from crossfire. Pure mechanical skill versus mechanical skill. This mode answers the question: Are you actually good, or just lucky?

💡 Tips

  • Pre-aim common angles where enemies appear.
  • Master the slide mechanic to make yourself harder to hit.
  • Track your opponent's weapon - adapt your engagement distance.

Coordinated team fights where positioning and communication matter as much as aim. Solo players who think they can carry often discover they can't. Teams that work together dominate.

💡 Tips

  • Call out enemy positions to teammates.
  • Trade kills - if your teammate dies, you should be getting the revenge frag.
  • Don't chase kills into enemy territory alone.

Progress through weapons with each kill. Get killed? You might lose progress. The ultimate test of weapon versatility. Players who only master one gun type get stuck. Adaptable players climb.

💡 Tips

  • Practice with every weapon type before entering Gun Game.
  • Shotguns require close range - push aggressively when you get one.
  • Sniper kills can be skipped with aggressive flanking.

Combat Tips

Crosshair Placement

You're probably aiming at the ground. Or at walls. Elite players pre-aim head level at corners. When an enemy appears, they're already aligned for the kill. You're still dragging your mouse up. Fix this first.

Never Stop Moving

You stop moving to shoot. Enemies don't. You become an easy target while they strafe circles around you. Movement and shooting happen simultaneously for good players. Slide into fights. Strafe during combat. Jump sparingly - it's predictable.

Game Awareness

You chase one enemy and ignore the other three. You focus on your scope and miss the flanker. You win one duel and die immediately to the player you didn't see. Sound is information - footsteps reveal positions. Use headphones. Count players.

Weapon Mastery

Most players find one weapon they like and ignore the rest - which is exactly why they plateau. Assault rifles are forgiving. SMGs require aggression. Shotguns demand positioning. Snipers punish whiffed shots. Learn them all.

Mental Game

Tilt loses games. Frustration makes you worse. Take breaks. Review deaths - what killed you? How do you prevent it next time? Accept bad matches. Even pros have off games. Blaming lag, hackers, or weapons means you've stopped improving.

FragMaster99

"Finally a browser FPS that doesn't feel clunky. The movement is smooth and the gunplay is solid. Got destroyed my first 10 games but now I'm climbing the leaderboard."

CasualShooter

"Warning: this game will humble you. I thought I was decent at FPS games. Veck.io proved otherwise. But it's addictive and I keep coming back."

TeamPlayer2025

"The 3v3 mode is where it's at. Teamwork actually matters here. Private rooms with friends are incredibly fun for settling debates about who's the best."

MobileWarrior

"Playable on mobile but honestly desktop players have a huge advantage. Still fun for casual matches when I'm not near my PC."

FAQ

Veck.io was developed by **LEGION GAMES**, released in December 2025. It's a browser-based 3D multiplayer FPS built with HTML5 technology, playable on desktop, mobile, and tablet without any downloads.

Yes, completely free. No hidden costs. No pay-to-win. Your only investment is your ego - which you'll probably lose in the first few matches.

Veck.io offers **Free For All**, **1v1 Duels**, **2v2/3v3/4v4 Team Battles**, **Gun Game**, **Arcade Mode**, **Team Deathmatch**, and **Private Rooms** where you can challenge friends with custom rules.

Over **40 weapons** across multiple categories: assault rifles, SMGs, shotguns, sniper rifles, pistols, and heavy weapons. Each handles differently and rewards different playstyles. There's also a shooting range to test weapons before battle.

Yes. **Private Rooms** let you create custom matches with invite codes. Set your own rules, choose maps, and find out who's actually the best among your friend group.

Earn cosmetics through regular gameplay, **daily free rewards**, and cosmetic boxes. All items are purely visual and don't affect gameplay - skill decides the winner, not your loadout appearance.

Yes, the game works on mobile devices with touch controls. However, competing against desktop players with keyboard and mouse is... a challenge. You've been warned.

**Global leaderboards** track your performance including K/D ratio, win rate, and accuracy. Your rank is visible to everyone. Top 50% is average. Top 10% is actually good. Top 1%? You've earned bragging rights.

Probably crosshair placement (you're aiming at the ground), movement (you stop to shoot), or awareness (tunnel vision). Pick one weakness and actively work on it. Blaming hackers or lag won't improve your gameplay.

The one you can actually hit shots with. Meta-chasing doesn't help if your aim is inconsistent. Master weapon handling fundamentals before worrying about tier lists.
